Excited to announce the updates to our 17th and Walnut. The project launched in September 2024, and as of February 2025, all units are now for sale! Each unit was launched once renovations were completed, and we are excited that they are all ready and available for purchase. There are 25 units with 19 different floor plans, with 1-3 bedrooms.
